Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction matters. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

Deposits & Prepayments

A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. Your deposit is fully credited towards the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, in which case your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new booking.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $20 deposit.
  • No-shows will also forfeit the $20 deposit and may be required to prepay in full to book any future appointments.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with chosen lash style, length, or curl once a service has been completed and approved at the appointment.

Service Adjustments

If you are unhappy with the result of a treatment, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original service.

Retention Issues

Eyelash extension retention varies based on your natural lash cycle, aftercare, and lifestyle. Loss of extensions outside the first 48 hours due to factors such as oil-based products, rubbing, sleeping habits, or skipped aftercare is not eligible for a refund or free infill.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service is not provided with due care and skill, or fails to meet a result you specifically requested.
